Chris is the most recent family member to join the family business. Following in his father's footsteps, he began working in construction while studying business/sales at Coastal Carolina University. This experience gives him a very unique perspective from both sides of the field and allowed him to help customers envision exactly what is involved when planning a space division.
His genuine nature and outgoing personality combined with his vast product knowledge allows him to afford all of his customers a level of comfort that is singular to this company. Chris prides himself on being up-front and honest and this has positively fueled his fast growing reputation.
Chris also works side-by-side with architects and spec. writers to ensure they get the best product(s) for all of their planning needs. He also visits numerous sites for every project, making sure that everything is coordinated and kept on schedule.
After getting a degree in interior design at LIM, Lynne started a quick moving career in retail management. When she took a hiatus to start a family, she began working part-time to help out her sister and father in the office. Within a short time, a new career and family business blossomed.
Lynne took T.G. Elliott's modest service department and assembled a team of trained professionals who now lead the industry in repairs and retrofitting. She has developed a client list spanning 3 decades of satisfied loyal customers. T.G. Elliott Associates, Inc. continues as one of the most highly regarded companies for partition and gym equipment service in the School, Hospitality and Religious sectors.
Her focus remains on safety and cost efficiency, as she works closely with every customer giving them individual attention and solid workable solutions for every budget. Lynne's design background enables her to find creative and current solutions to any retrofitting project.
We are happy to announce the arrival of our newest team member, Justin Michalek who came on board as a sales and project manager in 2014. Following his student athlete days at Stony Brook University where Justin excelled on the field as well as in the classroom, he took his Business Management degree and went to work in the world of finance. After being nationally recognized as a top performer with JP Morgan Chase and rising through the ranks to management, he turned his attention to construction and quickly fit right in with the rest of the TG Elliott team.
Justin brings almost a decade of professional and real world experience to our already potent team of high energy and knowledgeable professionals. His calming demeanor, well rounded communication skills and outside the box way of thinking provide a great experience for Architects, General Contractors, and all other TG Elliott Clients..
Soon after Lynne started with the company and her plans to revamp the service department, her husband Mike joined the team. Having been in construction for many years, Mike brought a well-rounded dimension to T.G. Elliott.
His ability to diagnose and repair any problem on any piece of equipment soon became invaluable to the service department and the company. He has become very well known in the industry as "Mr. Fix it" and is personally requested by many of our customers when posed with challenging mechanical issues.
Additionally, Mike installs all of our products and continues to be factory-trained on all of the latest innovations and techniques.
Mr. Elliott is a WWII veteran and a Northwestern University graduate. After college, he started his career at Brunswick Corp. where he quickly rose to the top of his field as a leader in sales for their operable partitions and school furniture departments.
In 1973, he took his knowledge and experience from his many years at Brunswick and became the NY/NJ regional distributor for HUFCOR operable and folding partitions. During that period he also acquired numerous furniture and gym equipment exclusives that the company still holds today.
At 92 years young, Mr. Elliott remains a daily fixture in the office at TG Elliott Associates lending an arsenal of knowledge and experience to the family, who now runs the company in his name.
